Know what your team can actually take on — and prove the work got done.

LobiPlan structures work the way your field structures it, computes capacity that has already had vacations and statutory holidays taken out, forecasts delivery from your own history, and keeps your books. Submitted by one person, approved by another.

Set up in an afternoon. Every module is off until you turn it on.

A business workspace, running

Example data. Every frame is the real product, drawn by the real components — not a recording.

The two things a spreadsheet and a task board cannot do

Everything else on this page is useful. These two are the reason to move.

Accountability

"Done" is signed off by someone who did not do it

Work is submitted by the person who did it and approved by someone else — the app will not let one person do both. Approvers can request changes instead of rejecting outright, rejected work can be resubmitted, and every submission, note, edit and sign-off stays on the item's history with who did it and when.

That history is what turns a status report into a record. It is also the one thing on this page the AI is structurally forbidden to touch.

Capacity

Capacity with the holidays already taken out

Utilization is computed from this week's real load against a capacity that has already had vacations and Canadian statutory holidays subtracted — all thirteen provinces and territories. Not a headcount times forty.

"Who should do this?" ranks people on availability and demonstrated experience with similar work, and it makes no AI call at all. Bulk rebalancing shows its reasoning before it moves anything.

Structure

Named the way your field names things

Run three levels or four, and rename every one — an industry starter pack renames the whole hierarchy in English and French in one action, so a construction firm sees phases and a clinic sees programmes. That is most of the setup, and it is why this takes an afternoon rather than a quarter.

A forecast that widens because your history says so

Seven views over an 8 to 52 week horizon.

Bands

P50, P80 and P95 from your own record

The delivery bands come from a bootstrap simulation calibrated on your organization's own estimate-versus-actual history — so the range narrows as your estimating gets better, not because we made it look tidier. The fan opens further out because a forecast that stayed narrow twelve weeks out would be telling you something nobody can know.

Not self-graded

AI estimates are excluded from the calibration

If a machine wrote an estimate, that estimate is kept out of the history the forecast is calibrated on — so the model can never narrow its own bands on its own guesses. Save scenarios side by side, or ask the deadline solver what would have to change.

Your own books, presented under your own standard

Management-grade books, not audited. We say so in the product too.

Ledger

Double-entry, immutable, and it articulates

Every organization gets its own real double-entry ledger. Entries are immutable — a correction is a reversal, never an edit — and the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and equity statement agree with each other by construction. If a number looks wrong, the ledger tells you which entry made it wrong.

Present the same books under GAAP·ASPE, IFRS or SYSCOHADA — twelve frameworks in all, without re-posting anything. Budgets roll up from children to parents, and task actuals reach the ledger only when an admin explicitly posts them.

Modules

Add only what you need

Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance are all off by default, and an admin picks which features appear in the sidebar at all. Most organizations never turn most of them on, and that is the intended outcome.

The genuinely unusual one is Operations: a site is a function. A depot or a clinic is a node in the hierarchy you already have — no second org chart to keep in sync.

Tax

Recorded and remitted at the rates you set

Sales tax is recorded, reported for a period, and remitted with a real entry — including when the period is in a refund position. Nothing is looked up for you and nothing is filed on your behalf, and the report says so rather than implying otherwise.

The AI section is mostly about restraint

There is a capable bilingual assistant. What matters more is everything it is not allowed to do.

Confirm first

Every draft is a card you confirm

The assistant proposes; you accept. Edits, calendar blocks, meetings, journal entries — each arrives as a card showing exactly what would change before anything is written. Email leaving your organization always waits for a human click, and there is no setting that turns that off: not a default we chose, an absence of the option.

Off limits

A list AI may never touch

Hours, money, budgets, completion, approvals and priority are closed to it. Those are the fields people are judged and paid on, so a machine does not get to move them. Every AI write is logged with the prompt that caused it, notifies the item's owner, can be undone, and records whether you took the suggestion verbatim or edited it first.

Not AI

The clever parts aren't AI at all

Item signals, the "who should do this?" ranking and bulk rebalancing are ordinary arithmetic over your own data. They behave identically with AI switched off, which is why the no-AI plan is a real product and not a crippled one.

Plans that tell you the truth

No certifications to quote and no customer logos to show — LobiPlan is early, and pretending otherwise would be the first broken promise. Here is what is true today, and checkable.

  • You can leave with everything. One click exports every record you have put in — work, history, approvals, ledger — in a format you can read without us. We would rather you never use it, and we would rather you know it is there.
  • Row-level isolation. Every organization's data is separated in the database itself, not by a filter in the application code.
  • Platform staff have control, not access. A super admin can manage your organization but cannot read what is inside it — to see your work they must join as a normal member, which is visible to you and recorded in your own audit trail.
  • Audit trails throughout. Submissions, approvals, edits, notes, membership changes and AI actions are all on the record with who and when — and nothing in the product can delete them.
  • You can be forgotten, on request. A member's identity can be erased without destroying the approval record their signature is part of — because the audit trail is what makes the rest of this page true, and deleting it to satisfy a privacy request would break both promises at once.
  • Money is admin-only, and absent rather than zero. Where a figure is withheld it does not render as $0.00 — you are never shown a plausible wrong number.
  • No card data touches the app. Payment runs entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal.
  • English and French, and kept that way. Interface, emails and evaluations in both, with an automated test that fails the build the moment either falls behind — not a promise in a release note, a check that has to pass before anything ships.
An illustrated figure accompanying the note below.

LobiPlan is early. This page tries to be straight about what that means: the limits are stated next to the capabilities, and where the product cannot show you a number it says so rather than printing a plausible zero.

If you want to know how something works, what happens to your data, or whether it can do something it currently cannot, write to hello@lobiplan.com. Getting your work back out is one click, and I would rather you knew that before you put anything in.
