Why this exists

I'm Benjamin Simba. I'm learning about AI and what can be built with it. LobiPlan is my prototype: parts are rough, parts will change, and it may break.

I'm not selling anything here. I'm sharing it because I learn more from people who plan work for a team than from building alone.

What it does, in three steps

The app's whole idea is that a number should come from work someone checked.

Break the work down

Functions hold deliverables, deliverables hold activities, and activities hold tasks. You can rename every level.
One person submits, another approves

The person who did a task submits it. Someone else approves it or asks for changes. Each step stays on the item's history.
The numbers follow approved work

Team capacity, the delivery forecast and the books are worked out from that work, not from what people guess.

An assistant you can ask

The demo company has an assistant, Ask LobiPlan. Tell it something like “mark this task 80% done” and it makes the change. Its edits are logged, and you can undo them.

A new workspace has it too, on every plan.
